We collect your personal information for the purposes listed below:
• To provide you with the services or knowledge you requested
• To set up meeting times 
• To send you information about upcoming courses, available appointment times, or what is currently happening in the industry

To whom do we disclose your personal information
We mat disclose your personal information to the following third parties in the following circumstances: 
• Would there ever be a scenario where you as a nutritionist talk to another nutritionist in The Wellness Centre office to bounce ideas off each other etc.? Broker: We may disclose your personal information to our broker as is necessary for approval of contractual obligations. 
• Law Enforcement and Legal Disclosure: “Andrea O’Callaghan Nutrition and The Wellness Centre” may disclose your personal information to a government institution that has asserted its lawful authority to obtain the information on where “Andrea O’Callaghan Nutrition and The Wellness Centre” has reasonable grounds to believe the information could be useful in the investigation of an unlawful activity, or to comply with a subpoena or warrant or an order made by the court, person or body with jurisdiction to compel the production of information, or to comply with court rules regarding the production of records and information, or to “Andrea O’Callaghan Nutrition and The Wellness Centre” legal counsel.

Canadian Anti-Spam Law (CASL) 
The Canadian Anti-Spam Law (Bill C-28) came into effect on July 1, 2014 and we are fully compliant with the legislation. Some of the key factors of this legislation include:
• Explicit Consent is required to send any Commercial Electronic Message (CEM) including direct messaging and communication through email, texting and direct social media messaging.
• Implied Consent allows for communication for 2-yeat period following an existing business relationship or for a period of 6-motnhs following a business inquiry.
• There is a 36-hour time period to convert any existing individuals who have been communicated through CEM prior to July 1, 2024
• In any situation of Implied Consent, you may unsubscribe or opt out of such communication at any time.
